電影《靈魂急轉彎》影評：執念與珍惜生活

1. 追逐夢想與執念

Joe是一個很有音樂夢想的人。

Music is all I think about. From the moment I wake up in the morning to the moment I fall asleep at night. It is not about my career, it's my reason for living.

Joe相信只要他登上夢想舞台，與偶像一起演奏了，他的一切都將不一樣，他會成為一個全新的自己。然而，一切發生了，卻讓他感覺如常。

Dorothea給Joe講了一個魚和水的故事

「I'm trying to finid this thing they called the ocean」

"The ocean? That's waht you are in right now"

2. About spark

在地球上，22用Joe的身體，體會到了生活。她告訴joe：

"I've always worrying maybe there is something wrong with me. Maybe I'm not good enough for living. But then you showed me about purpose and passion, maybe sky-watching can be my spark. Or walking, I'm really good at walking."

但是joe卻告訴22，這些只是「regular living」 not 「purpose」。於是22再度陷入煩惱。

3.Lost soul

"some people just cannot let go of their anxieties and obsessions, leaving them lost and disconnected from life"

"Lost souls are not that different from those in the zone. The zone is enjoyable but when that joy becomes an obsession, one becomes disconnected from life."

在追逐夢想的時候，也會一不小心變成Lost soul，因為過度沉迷這個過程，產生了執念，就會和生活「disconneted」。

Soul這個電影講述的故事可以從執念角度理解。執念是一個偏負向的詞，其實執著也好、堅持也好、追逐夢想也好，表達的都是一樣的事情。是想一定要達成一個目標。而在這個電影裡向我們傳達的是：執著未必是一件好事，即使是堅持自己的夢想，也可能會lost。在這個過程中就失去了自己的生活。而真正能點燃生命的spark，不一定是什麼過人天賦或者遠大理想，可能只是如看看天空，擅長走路一樣，就是每天的生活。其實這就足夠了，能夠珍惜生命的每一秒，努力生活，就是不辜負生命，也完成了自己到這個地球的使命。這一點，在疫情的背景下尤為重要。
