電影《靈魂急轉彎》影評：一切都不陌生
靈魂急轉彎影評本來已準備好一包紙巾，想著借觀影的機會淚灑現場，好好哭個痛快。但出乎意料，除了調侃hedgefund manager時想起故人有一絲悲涼外，整個過程出奇地平靜。主旨十分貼合疫情期間和朋友的討論：越來越覺得，人生其實並不存在什麼絕對意義上的自我實現，人生就是不停地尋找自我和修煉完形的過程——而我們擁有的，只有現在。影片對生前世界的設定和22領悟的過程就是這樣一以貫之的：先了解自己，再接納自己，最後圓滿自己。過程中你會學習如何尋找自我，如何從低階的設定進化成高階的一版，如何讓先天的殘缺反而促成後天的加倍努力和愛上自己，如何覺察、調整、注重當下、愛上生活、獲得be present的禮物......一切都不陌生，一切便是如此。道理應如是，做到卻很難，尤其當意識超前了行動太多導致實現的幻象產生時。啊，偉大的Meditation，神秘的東方力量，唯有你才能帶領我方無明的大眾抵達通靈的彼岸吧！（這句純屬玩笑）
匯總幾則交叉驗證的聯想在這裡，主要怕忘記：
一、一次對話
「既然你知道這個過程注定很緩慢，甚至極大可能這件事就是做不成的，你還去做的原因是什麼呢？」
「做浪花啊，議題的浪花，時代的浪花。如果我們這代人把事情都做完了，那後面的人不就很無聊了嗎……」

二、《金閣寺》by三島由紀夫
「改變這個世界的是認識。懂麼？其他任何東西都無法改變世界。只有認識能夠使世界在外表一成不變的情況下發生變化。從認識的角度看來，世界是永遠不變的，同時又是永遠變動的。你或許要問這又如之奈何。跟你說，人是為了忍受生才拿起認識這個武器的。動物不需要這玩意兒，因為動物不具有忍受生的意識。認識是人們為了克服生之艱難的武器，但生之艱難並未因此而減輕一絲一毫。如此而已。」

三、This Is Water by David Foster
「The only thing that’s capital-T True is that you get to decide how you’re gonna try to see it. This, I submit, is the freedom of a real education, of learning how to be well-adjusted. You get to consciously decide what has meaning and what doesn’t. You get to decide what to worship......」
「No bullshit value of your liberal arts education is supposed to be about: how to keep from going through your comfortable, prosperous, respectable adult life dead, unconscious, a slave to your head and to your natural default setting of being uniquely, completely, imperially alone day in and day out.」
「The capital-T Truth is about life BEFORE death.
It is about the real value of a real education, which has almost nothing to do with knowledge, and everything to do with simple awareness; awareness of what is so real and essential, so hidden in plain sight all around us, all the time, that we have to keep reminding ourselves over and over:

四、《把自己作為方法》by項飆
」怎樣形成一種意識，平衡自己的歷史來源和自己現在的行動，這是真正的英雄。真正的英雄不是改變世界，而是改變自己生活的每一天。」
p.s.可惜二和三最後都commit suicide了，一個關於歸宿的事實。看來生之慾望又是另一回事呢。
