Ubuntu: HDF5報錯: HDF5 header version與HDF5 library不匹配

今天在執行一個用到hdf5的python指令碼時，遇到如下錯誤

This can happen when an application was compiled by one version of HDF5 but

昨天還好好的，今天怎麼就出現了問題。回憶了一下好像昨天更新了anaconda，可能導致了衝突，經檢視，確實如此。Anaconda中安裝的hdf5庫是1.8.9的， 而之前通過pip intall h5py庫應該就是1.8.11的， 一山不容二虎，於是把舊版本刪除了

sudo pip uninstall h5py

按下回車，果然在系統自帶的python下有以前的h5py版本
